I'm here to Pimp Yo' Jacket!

So MONTHS ago my Aunty Bethan handed me her 'favourite leather jacket, I wouldn't trust anyone else with this just so you know' and asked me to do as I would with it, artistically of course... Favourite jacket? Had it for years? Trust no one else with it?    No pressure then...
But at times I'm shite and it takes me forever to do stuff, and on top of that I had deadlines, dissertations and Final Major Project proposals coming out my ears so that just didn't help
The final kick up the arse was that her, my uncle and my awesome prodigy child cousin Megan were coming to visit. Hows the jacket coming? UUUUHHHH SHIT.

Quick sketchy brainstorm, paints out, jacket laid out, spotify on, position assumed- lets go! And after what I think was about 4 hours of labour the baby was born at 2.24AM on 17th February 2011

For the Poetry thang at uni, I like this, my friends like this, my nicer tutor likes this. My tutor and one of the competition judges does not like this. So That's annoying...

Dear graphics tablet, I love you.
Yes I finally bought a graphics tablet today! I paid a bit more than I thought I was going to but I'm glad I did... I could go on forever about the benefits and such but I've got bangers and smash to make who can be bothered to listen!!?

A developement on yesterdays post, yes it could be better but for a first go on a piece of kit I dont use that often, I'm pleased. Really pleased.

To top off a wonderful day I'm off to one of my favourite bars to get a bit pissed with my girly friends!

Wanted to draw the cover art from  Ellie Gouldings 'Bright Lights' for a while and what with me HANDING IN MY DISSERTATION THE OTHER DAY!!!!! Thats right guys, I did it (albeit utilising the 10% word count leniance) I figure it was a perfect time to do so.
Must admit it's been really nice chilling out and drawing for the fun of it for once, haven't done that in a while
I'll try pretend this is work mind- could be, 'if the wind changes you'll stay like that'

Stage 1- Lines
